Cancellation by Customer
1. Local Rides (Within City):
– Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Advance amount Full refund
– Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time: Advance amout No refund
– Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time: Advance amout No refund
2. Outstation Rides / Multi-Day Bookings:
– Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the trip start time:Advance amount Full refund
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours of trip time:Advance amount No refund
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours of trip time:Advance amount No refund
3. Tour Packages:
– Cancellations made 7 days or more before the package start date:Advance amount Full refund
– Cancellations made1 to 6 days: **Advance amount No refund
– Cancellations made1 to 6 days: **Advance amount No refund
Cancellation by Us
In rare cases, we may cancel your booking due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, natural calamities, etc.). In such cases:
– You will receive a full refund or
– You may opt torescheduleor choose areplacement vehicle(based on availability)

Refund Timeline
– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Modifications
If you need to change your booking (pickup time, vehicle type, etc.), please contact us at least 6 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
